- Oversee daily operations of properties

Requirements
- Job Title: Property Manager
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience Level: 5-10 years of experience in property management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, proficiency with power and hand tools, equipment handling, and maintenance, along with sales and inventory management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee property operations, maintenance, tenant relations, budgeting, and leasing.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment; may require on-site presence and occasional after-hours work.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach.
