  • Manage and organize reservation bookings.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and changes.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Handle payment processing and confirmations.
  • Stay updated on procedures and policies.

Requirements

  • College degree
  • At least 1 year of experience in the same field.
  • Strong customer service skills, proficient in Customer Relationship Management, excellent communication abilities
