Description

The Reservation Associate provides excellent customer service by assisting clients in booking reservations for accommodations, travel, events, or services. They manage reservation systems, ensure customer satisfaction, and address any issues related to bookings, cancellations, or changes.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
