崗位職責：1. 負責華語區各類活動策劃與執行，包括但不限於用戶增長、交易激勵等方向；2. 通過數據分析評估活動效果，優化活動策略，提高用戶活躍度和留存率；3. 持續監測行業動態，關注競品活動，結合市場趨勢調整活動方案；4. 協同產品、技術、設計等部門，確保活動順利落地，並優化用戶體驗；5. 進行活動復盤，分析核心數據，輸出活動報告，推動後續優化；
