Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the recruitment process in the Vietnamese market, including talent sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.

2. Maintain and expand local recruitment channels and human resource partnerships in Vietnam.

3. Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, particularly for Business Development (BD) related positions.

4. Assist in optimizing the recruitment process, enhancing candidate experience, and promoting continuous improvement in recruitment efforts.

5. Monitor the local talent market dynamics in Vietnam and provide effective recruitment recommendations.
