Description

  • Assist the Senior Service Delivery management team in setting, overseeing, measuring, and promoting KPIs and SLAs. Manage a team or teams with 65 to 80 employees. Provide strategies, procedures, activities, and assistance in identifying opportunities for process improvement to the Senior Service Delivery management team. 
  • Oversee several teams in the business models of technical assistance, customer care, and e-commerce.
  • Mentor and train Group Leader for the next level of position
  • Regularly reports performance to Senior Manager and VP for Service Delivery, Country Manager, CEO and clients
  • Tracks client escalation and swiftly responds to address concerns
  •  Bachelors Degree holder
  •  With at least 2 years of working experience as Operations Manager
  •  Amenable to attend face to face interview.
  •  Amenable to work on site
  •  Can start working as soon as possible is an advantage.
