Support trading and operational teams with administrative tasks
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via email, Telegram, Discord, or other platforms
Maintain records of daily trades and transactions accurately
Assist with internal documentation such as meeting notes, reports, and standard procedures
Track basic crypto market trends and coin prices on Binance (Training will be provided)
Coordinate with different teams for smooth office operations
Use office tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and MS Office effectively
Handle data entry and basic reporting tasks

Basic understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain concepts (Training will be provided)
Computer literacy – proficient in Word, Excel, Google Docs, etc.
Strong communication and organizational skills
Intermediate English proficiency (for email, chat, basic reporting)
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and systems
Team player with a proactive mindset
