Description

This role is a CS Everywhere - Work from Home setup with unlimited access to Cloudstaff Offices when you need it. CS Everywhere includes Fiber Internet, Backup Internet, UPS, PC/Laptop. Ability to use the office when there are Internet or power issues. Pop in and have a coffee with teammates.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing requests, forms, and applications. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.


Qualification and requirements:

  • Open to weekend coverage
  • Open to work different shifts ( Morning, Mid, Nightshift) 
  • Great spoken and written English
  • History of working with US & AU clients preferred
  • Knowledge of Zendesk or other CRM/ticket management tools is an advantage

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative or executive support role 
  • Demonstrated experience supporting finance functions (Xero preferred) 
  • High computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Excel – intermediate to advanced) 
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication 
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines 
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

  • Experience in financial reporting and general finance administration.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and additional CRM platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
