As a member of the Strategic Analytics team supporting Claims, this candidate will manage and analyze large datasets and dashboards to provide actionable insights to clients and stakeholders. This position will help support, retain, and grow Arch’s book of business while reducing our client’s cost of risk.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, manage, and analyze large datasets to identify claim trends and insights for clients and prospects.
• Develop presentations for clients and stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Conduct portfolio and business unit analysis to support strategic decision-making for internal senior management.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data through rigorous validation processes.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or other data visualization tools to support data-driven decision-making.
• Perform comprehensive statistical analysis to support business decisions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to enhance business performance.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, with a preference for experience in the insurance industry.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis.
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or an equivalent field.
