• Responsibilities and Duties: Collect outstanding debts, prepare reports, and develop risk control strategies.
• Remind due dates.
• Communicate effectively with clients to resolve payment issues.
• Generate regular reports on collections status and performance.
• Implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce overdue payments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing processes.
• Manage debtor accounts and follow up on outstanding invoices.

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, , Information Technology, or Data Analyst related field.
• Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in collections or financial analysis.
• Skills and Competencies: Effective documentation, excellent in written and verbal communication, high EQ is required.
