We are looking for a passionate and experienced Communication and Soft Skills Trainer to deliver high-impact training programs for our financial account teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilitating communication and behavioral skills training, with a focus on improving performance, customer interaction, and professionalism across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deliver engaging communication and soft skills training tailored for financial services environments
Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions for new hires and tenured employees
Conduct training needs analysis and customize learning content to address specific performance gaps or business requirements
Use a variety of instructional techniques to ensure learner engagement and knowledge retention
Partner with team leads, quality assurance, and operations to identify coaching opportunities and performance trends
Create training materials such as manuals, e-learning content, workbooks, and job aids
Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to agents and supervisors when needed
Track training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance data
Continuously enhance content and methodology to align with client expectations and industry best practices
Report training outcomes and progress to management and stakeholders
Requisito
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in training and facilitation, specifically in communication and soft skills
Proven ability to design and develop customized training programs
Strong experience in coaching, mentoring, and performance improvement initiatives
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
Strong command of English (spoken and written)
Comfortable with delivering training both onsite and virtually
Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing priorities
