A Glimpse into Your New Role

As a CRM Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for maintaining clean and accurate CRM data, assisting with system configurations and workflow creation, supporting internal users, and generating reports and analytics. You will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to keep CRM systems optimized and efficient.

Key Tasks Include

  • Weekly email list clean-up and duplicate contact removal
  • Daily import file review and data accuracy checks
  • Workflow management, email template setup, and system configuration
  • User access and permission management
  • Monthly and ad hoc CRM reporting
  • Issue resolution, system troubleshooting, and integration support

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of CRM support, data admin, or sales ops experience
  • Experience with platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho
  • Strong data hygiene, organization, and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic dashboarding
  • Understanding of workflow automations and system configurations
  • Detail-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
