The Cost Analyst is responsible for evaluating the financial efficiency of operations by analyzing costs, identifying trends, and providing insights to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. This role involves working closely with finance, procurement, and operations teams to ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cost analysis for products, services, projects, or in operations.
• Monitor cost variances and perform root-cause analysis.
• Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and budgets
• Analyze operational costs, labor, materials, and overhead expenses
• Assist in the development of pricing strategies and financial models
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
• Support internal audits and compliance with financial regulations
• Develop and maintain cost accounting systems and databases
• Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and actionable format

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Financial Management, Marketing, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Internship experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a finance team.
