- Develop and implement budgets and financial plans.

- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Enhance marketing strategies to boost occupancy rates.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years in hotel management or a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong customer service, and relationship management skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee hotel operations, manage staff, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Must be flexible with hours, including nights and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
