Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Policies Officer (OD) located in Pasig. The HR Policies Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and reviewing HR policies and procedures. They will handle employee relations, develop job descriptions, and ensure HR practices align with organizational goals. The officer will also support HR management in making decisions related to employee well-being and organizational development.


Qualifications

  • HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
  • HR Policies and Systems and Job Description Development experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication / presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the property or hospitality industry is a plus
