Descripción

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a related field.
  • Experience in IT systems integration, network administration or IT support.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, cloud-based applications, and data management.
  • Knowledge of system integration, including connecting external and internal software solutions.
  • Experience in setting up and managing company emails, ERP systems and IT infrastructure.
  • Understanding of data backup procedures and server maintenance
  • Familiarity with IT security protocols and troubleshooting techniques
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve IT-related issues promptly.
  • Serve as the first line of support for system concerns and technical difficulties.
  • Experience in coordinating with IT vendors for hardware and software requirements
  • Work with different departments to identify IT needs and implement system improvements
  • Experience in IT project management is a plus
  • Strong coordination skills to liaise with IT vendors and internal teams

  • Ability to translate technical issues into user-friendly language for non-technical employees.
  • Strong documentation skills for tracking IT procedures, issues and solution.
  • Knowledge of network configurations, troubleshooting, and system monitoring
  • Experience ensuring smooth operation of computers, networks, and company-wide IT systems.

  • Can stand on a one-man department
  • Willing to report for 2 offices (Cubao and Gilmore office)
