Descripción

Handle key accounts in modern trade and retail channels, ensuring consistent supply and brand presence.
Manage promotions, product placement, and stock replenishment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and buyers.
Monitor sales performance and provide insights for market strategies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients
Manage and nurture customer relationships to ensure satisfaction
Develop and implement account strategies to meet sales targets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs
Analyze account performance and identify opportunities for growth
Prepare and present reports to clients and management

Requisito

Job Title: Key Account Representative
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required
Experience Level: 3-5 years in account management or sales
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in negotiation, creative problem solving, and teamwork; adept at lead generation and cold calling; strong attention to detail; excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with occasional travel for client meetings.
Qualities and Traits: Results-oriented, resilient, proactive, and excellent in relationship building.
