LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT (L&D) MANAGER

Requisito

  • Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications in Learning and Development (e.g., CPLP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
  • Experience: Candidates with experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry are highly preferred.
  • Skills: Expertise in creating and delivering impactful training programs, employee development, and talent management strategies.
