Descripción

Receive operational training and perform duties in various divisions in our restaurant such as Service and Kitchen, Beverage/Bar, Supporting Functional etc
Rotate and perform respective roles in the various sections within the restaurant to have a deep and thorough knowledge of the restaurant operation
Coaching from experienced staff to acquire information about methods, procedures, and standards practiced by the Company
Acknowledge and achieve performance goals and objectives defined by the Management
Consistently monitor individual performance and progression with your superior and management
Set new goals and objectives with the Management for your progression

Requisito

Only Singaporeans need apply
Proven work experiences in similar role, preferably in F&B industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards
Strong written and oral communications skills.
5.5 work days per week including weekends and public holidays with rotating shift
Comfortable handling non-halal ingredients and food
