Descripción

  • Understand customer requirements and business objectives
  • Provide strategic advice on using technology to achieve goals
  • Manage IT initiatives and collaborate with other consultants
  • Setup the system application ensuring the right architecture and functionality to meet project’s requirements
  • Perform fit-gap analysis
  • Develop agreed solutions and implement new system
  • Present solutions in written reports or demonstrations
  • Train users in new and existing features of the system application
  • Provide assistance during UAT testing and resolve issues
  • Help clients with change-management activities
  • Revise existing systems and suggest improvements
  • Prepare documentation and present progress reports to customers
  • Provide after sales service support, maintain contact with client organizations
  • Assist in presales activities such as scoping exercises and product demonstrations
  • Give input in drafting business proposals
  • Help identify potential clients

Requisito

  • At least a year of working experience
  • Graduate of BS Accountancy, Finance, or any related course
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus
  • Willing to do on-site in Makati City
  • Willing to be trained
