Descripción

Our client, a leading provider of home comfort solutions in Singapore, seeks to hire a Outdoor Sales Executive (B2B) 

Dealer Relationship Management

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with dealers, resellers, and distributors.
  • Understand their needs, preferences, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.

Sales and Order Processing

  • Conduct sales activities, including product presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Prepare and issue sales invoices to dealers accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Collect payments from dealers and ensure proper documentation.

Sales Training and Product Knowledge

  • Provide comprehensive sales training to dealers and their teams, enhancing their product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Stay updated on product features, benefits, and industry trends.

Installation Coordination

  • Collaborate with installers to schedule and coordinate product installations for dealers/customers.
  • Ensure installations are carried out efficiently and to the satisfaction of dealers and customers.

Servicing and Support

  • Receive and process servicing requests from dealers, addressing technical issues or product concerns promptly.
  • Liaise with the service department to ensure timely resolution.

Urgent Delivery Management

  • Assist in managing urgent product deliveries to dealers in cases of manpower shortages or time-sensitive orders.
  • Coordinate with logistics to ensure on-time delivery.

Market Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities.

Customer Service Excellence

  • Ensure exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests from dealers.

Documentation and Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records of dealer interactions, contracts, agreements, invoices, and delivery orders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Requisito

• Recognised Diploma or Nitec in Sales, Marketing and/or Business.

• Proven track record in Inside Sales role

• Works extremely well as a team member and excels as an individual contributor.

• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
