Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist customers in selecting Samsung phones and related accessories based on their preferences and needs.
Demonstrate key features and benefits of Samsung smartphones and smart devices.
Stay updated on the latest Samsung product launches, promotions, and technology trends.
Upsell mobile accessories, plans, warranties, and other store offerings.
Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mobile phone display area.
Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
Provide after-sales support and guidance for customer inquiries or concerns.

Education: At least High School Diploma; a college degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
Experience:
1+ year experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics or mobile phones.
Prior experience with Samsung products or certification is an advantage.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Sales-driven with a persuasive personality.
Basic knowledge of mobile phone technology and Android OS (Samsung One UI is a plus).
Others:
Passion for mobile technology and innovation.
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
