Descripción

  • Greet customers or clients in a polite and friendly way
  • Answer phone calls and respond to messages and direct them to the right person
  • Book, confirm, and manage appointments or reservations
  • Check in clients and notify staff for their arrival
  • Process payments (cash, credit/debit cards, mobile payments) and issue receipts.
  • Keep the front desk area clean and organized
  • Manage the cash register and balance it at the beginning and end of the shift
  • Maintains records of transactions and appointments
  • Provide basic information about products, services and promotions
  • Restock front desk supplies like forms, brochures,and products
  • Report any issues with payments or equipment to the Service Manager

Requisito

  • Friendly and professional communication
  • Basic computer, phone, and cash handling skills
  • Attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Honest, reliability and a customer first attitude
