• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, using persuasive skills to promote products and services effectively.

• Establishing a relationship with clients, learning about their requirements, and offering specialized solutions to produce leads and drive sales.

• Using effective sales interactions to address client problems to influence decisions through persuasive sales conversations.

• Achieving or exceeding individual targets and goals related to lead generation, appointment setting and sales conversion.

• Communicate with prospective clients in a persuasive and professional way, outlining the features, benefits, and advantages of our products

• Collaborate with the sales team to provide qualified leads and relevant information for an effective follow-up.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up actions.

• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends and competitor offerings to position our products or services in the market. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or any relevant field

• Minimum of 6-month experience in telemarketing, sales or customer service.

• Knowledgeable in digital marketing and managing social media platforms

• Digital photography and video editing experience is a plus

• Demonstrable knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management principles

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Willing to be assigned in San Pedro, Laguna
