We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Solar Operations Coordinator to support the end-to-end operational flow of our solar installation projects. This client-facing role plays a critical part in bridging communication between sales, clients, electricians, and distributors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar operations, permitting, and project coordination, with a preference for those experienced in Solar CAD and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review incoming sales orders to verify details and prepare for project execution.
• Coordinate permitting processes and ensure all documents are submitted accurately and on time.
• Prepare and dispatch crews for installations, ensuring all logistical needs are met.
• Respond to client inquiries and service requests through the CRM platform in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and manage expectations.
• Order required materials for each project, ensuring timely delivery and coordination with suppliers.
• Schedule electricians based on project timelines and availability.
• Liaise with material distributors to confirm stock and delivery logistics.
• Maintain detailed records of project progress and communicate status updates to internal teams and clients.
• Provide ongoing project updates to stakeholders and ensure smooth project flow.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with solar permitting processes.
• Knowledge or experience with Solar CAD (strongly preferred).
• Familiarity with CRM systems for managing client communications.
• Background in solar operations or a related field is required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
