Key Responsibilities:

• Perform testing according to the Alpha/Beta Testing Checklist to ensure software quality.

• Deliver completed programs to end-users with full functionality.

• Review and understand the requirements, specifications, and business rules for each project.

• Execute thorough testing based on given specifications to identify potential issues or defects.

• Provide clear and accurate estimates for the completion of requirements and specifications.

• Raise well-documented defect reports, inquiries, or concerns to the programming team.

Key Qualifications:

• A college degree in any IT-related field.

• Detail-oriented and able to thoroughly check and review others’ work.

• Familiarity with software testing processes, with prior experience in testing programs developed by others.

• Willingness to work extended hours as needed.

• Extroverted, highly organized, and a proactive team player.

• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
