Role: Virtual Assistant
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Location: Pampanga
Schedule: Mid Shift
• Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel coordination, and preparing concise briefs.
• Communication: Draft, edit, and proofread emails, presentations, and documents. Act as the CEO’s representative in professional communications with stakeholders.
• Oversee the CEO’s inbox, prioritize and respond to messages, draft replies, and coordinate a complex schedule.
• Serve as a professional point of contact for entrepreneurs, partners, and clients, representing the CEO and company with diplomacy.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a support role, ideally in a fast-paced entrepreneurial or start-up environment
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint), MS Teams, Zoom, and Salesforce
• Skilled in calendar coordination and travel management for senior executives
