Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Rep, you will be the face of our organization, conducting daily Zoom-based introductory calls with prospective members. Your role will involve delivering engaging presentations, explaining program offerings, addressing inquiries, and guiding participants through the enrollment process. You will also follow up with leads, handle objections effectively, and work toward acquiring new members, ensuring a seamless and professional experience throughout.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 8 introductory Zoom calls daily with prospective members, delivering polished and engaging presentations to explain program details, benefits, and outcomes.
  • Build trust and establish rapport with participants through confident, professional, and engaging communication.
  • Actively listen to participants’ needs and tailor your approach to highlight how the program aligns with their goals.
  • Handle objections with empathy, professionalism, and persuasive solutions to address concerns and build confidence in the program.
  • Follow up promptly with leads to nurture relationships and guide them toward enrollment.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions using
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously refine the onboarding and sales process.
  • Meet or exceed membership acquisition targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Represent the organization’s values and mission with integrity and enthusiasm.

Requisito

  • Proven experience in virtual presentation via Zoom calls in high volumes, such as demos.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging and confident presentations via Zoom.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools, Zoom, and other virtual communication platforms.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to meeting goals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • A presentable, professional demeanor suitable for a virtual setting.
