簡介
- Implement proper sales process
- Implement on time and accurate disbursement and monitoring expenses
- Implement proper cash handling
- Implement proper control inventory
- In-Charge in updating BIR Books
- Implement control on unused receipts and checkbooks.
- Simulation or encoding of deposits
- Submission of monthly reports which includes but not limited to sales report, disbursement and cash on hand/in bank reports
職位要求
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in accounting or finance roles is an advantage; familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel; effective communication and interpersonal skills.
