This is a full-time on-site role located in the Quezon City for an Administrative Assistant (Sales Coordinator). The individual will handle administrative tasks, provide executive assistance, manage clerical duties, and ensure excellent admin etiquette. Daily responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing records, facilitating communication, and assisting the sales team with organizational tasks.

  • Open to fresh graduates
  • Competency in Administrative Assistance, Clerical Skills, and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Coachable and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in an on-site setting
  • Amenable to work onsite in Quezon City (QC)
