簡介

1.Business Development and Strategic Planning:

· Develop and execute the company’s business development strategy, identify and explore new market opportunities.

· Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer demands to drive product growth in the market.

· Formulate and implement annual and quarterly sales plans to achieve company goals.


2.Customer Relationship Management:

· Develop new clients and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

· Build deep partnerships with clients, understand their business needs, and provide tailored solutions.


3.Market Promotion and Brand Building:

· Represent the company at industry exhibitions, technical conferences, and business events to enhance brand visibility.

· Collaborate with the marketing department to plan and implement promotional campaigns and marketing strategies.


4.Sales Team Collaboration:

· Work closely with the sales team to drive sales targets and business growth.

· Provide necessary product training and support to enhance the sales team's business capabilities.


5.Reporting and Analysis:

· Regularly report to management on business development progress, market feedback, and customer demand changes.

· Use data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies and propose improvements.


6.Contract and Negotiation:

· Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring contract terms align with the company’s interests, and collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance.

· Maintain clear communication with clients to ensure smooth project execution.

職位要求

1.Educational Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.


2.Work Experience:

· At least 3 years of business development or sales management experience in the software industry or a related field.

· Familiar with B2B sales models and the sales processes for enterprise-level software products.


3. Skills:

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Strong market analysis and strategic planning abilities.

· Strong teamwork spirit with the ability to work independently towards achieving goals.

· Proficient in CRM tools and office software, with a good understanding of data analysis.


4.Language Requirements:

· Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with international clients.


5.Personal Attributes:

· Highly result-oriented, capable of working in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

· Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and innovative mindset.
