Requirements

- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in management or supervisory roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure business goals are met.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional extended hours to meet deadlines.
- Qualities and Traits: Must be proactive, adaptable, and possess a keen attention to detail.
