Work Setup: Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days WFH)

Shift Schedule: Mid-shift (3PM-12AM)

Job Overview

As a Content Engagement Associate, you will be responsible for driving client engagement through our platform. Your role is to ensure clients receive personalized content experiences, stay informed about updates, and have their concerns addressed promptly. You will actively monitor usage patterns, provide tailored recommendations, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance overall client satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Track and analyze client interactions with the platform, focusing on content usage and engagement trends.
  • Identify client behavior patterns and deliver customized content suggestions that match their interests.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to update them on new content, platform features, and upcoming events via email or newsletters.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and issues efficiently, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Address and resolve platform-related challenges to ensure a smooth client experience.
  • Gather client feedback and insights to support continuous improvement of content offerings and overall client engagement.

What our Client is Looking For:

  • 1-2 years of experience in client communication, project coordination, or similar roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience in content creation, particularly newsletters, with the ability to engage audiences.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients, including executives and investors.
  • Proactive problem solver with a customer-centric mindset and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze client interactions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Hubspot is a plus) and familiarity with Airtable.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
  • Passionate about technology and investing.
