• Provide exceptional customer support via phone.
• Resolve issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.

• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

•  HS Graduate (old curriculum) | SHS Graduate (new curriculum) | College Undergraduate | College Graduate
•  At least 6 months BPO experience under voice international account (any account)
•  Healthcare accounts are a plus, but not required
•  Age limit: 50 yrs old
•  Residing within Metro Manila
•  Willing to work onsite
•  Willing to work graveyard and shifting schedule
