• Responding to inbound customer enquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat
• Providing product information and guidance to customers
• Handling and escalating complex or sensitive customer queries
• Updating customer records and documenting interactions
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes
• Participating in team meetings and training sessions

• Senior High School or High school old curriculum graduates with good communications are welcome to apply
• No BPO experience
• Should be willing to work onsite on a shifting in BGC, Taguig
