Job Title: "Senior Data Analyst"

Location: Work From Anywhere in the Philippines (100% Remote)

Start Date: ASAP, ideally by May 19, 2025

Employment Type: 6 months initial Contract, High possibility of contract extension (based on performance)

Work Hours: Aligned with Singapore business hours

Overview:

We are looking for 3–4 experienced Senior Data Analysts to join an international team on a remote basis. You will work directly with stakeholders and technical teams to transform data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with business stakeholders and senior executives to understand analytics needs.
• Conduct discovery sessions and requirements workshops.
• Collect, clean, and prepare data using manual and automated tools.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI and present findings through clear business presentations.
• Document data and process flows, identifying gaps and improvement areas.
• Mentor internal team members and support cloud/data migration initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related STEM fields.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in data analytics.
• Strong experience working with senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Python or PySpark (production-level code).
• Experience with Power BI for dashboards and analytics.
• Experience with Databricks and/or Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP S4 data tables, Power Apps, Power Automate, and UI Path is a plus.
• Must be fluent in English and comfortable working in a multicultural, international team.
• Willing to occasionally take need-based calls during US hours.

Interview Process:

• Short HR screening (15 minutes)
• 1–2 technical interviews with the client
