MR HR CONSULTANCY
Graduate of any 4-year course preferably Major in Human Resource or Marketing, or Graduate of BS Psychology.
With at least 5 years of experience handling different facets of Human Resource and handled Supervisory position for around 3 years or at least 1 to 2 years Managerial level in Human Resource.
Handled the following areas of Human Resource:
Manpower Planning
1. Organization Structure and Design
2. Job Evaluation and Job Grading
3. Manpower Budget
Recruitment and Deployment
1. Sourcing, Screening and Selection
2. Onboarding and Orientation
Payroll and CompenBen
1. Process Timekeeping and Payroll
2. Compliance to Mandated Benefits
3. Administration of Company Benefits
Organizational Development
1. Performance Management
2. Learning and Development
3. Engagement Program
Labor Relations
Willing to report on-site from Monday to Friday.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
