Description
- Responsible in leading the organization's training , development, and employee engagement initiatives
- Expertise in instructional design, adult learning theories and evaluation methodologies
- Employee relations and data analysis & reporting
- Strong network of local and international training and development organization
- Ability to build strong relationship with employees at all levels of the organization
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
Requirements
- Graduate of BS Human Resource Development Management or BS Psychology (preferably with Master's but not required)
- with at least 5 to 9 years of experience in training & development / employee engagement
- amenable to START ASAP and willing to be assign here in Binan City Laguna
