  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas.
  • Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently.
  • Assist in food preparation and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Support kitchen staff as needed during busy service times.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

  • Job Title: Kitchen Steward
  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students welcome.
  • Skills and Competencies: Self-starter, cook skills, kitchen hygiene, stewarding, discretion, customer-oriented, mise-en-place, effective written and verbal communication.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Maintain kitchen cleanliness, assist in food preparation, support cooks, and ensure proper storage.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment with varying hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, teamwork, adaptability, and strong work ethic.
