簡介

A Leasing Coordinator serves as a vital link between property management, prospective and existing tenants, and the leasing team. This role involves administrative support, tenant communication, lease documentation, and coordination of leasing activities. The coordinator ensures efficient processing of lease agreements and maintains accurate records to support the smooth operation and occupancy of commercial spaces.


Key Responsibilities:

•Lease Administration

-Prepare and process lease documents, including new leases, renewals, amendments, termination, and assignment agreements.

-Maintain an organized filing system(digital and physical) for all leasing documents and tenant correspondence.

-Track critical lease dates such as renewals, rent, escalations, and expiry terms.


•Tenant Relations and Communication

-Serve as the primary point of contract for tenant inquiries regarding lease terms, payments, and space modifications.

-Maintain regular communication with existing tenants to ensure satisfaction and compliance.


•Reporting and Data Management

-Generate leasing reports, occupancy updates, and rent roll summaries.

-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in leasing and property management software.

-Monitor and follow up on pending lease approvals or outstanding tenant requirements.


•Marketing and Leasing Support

-Assist in preparing marketing materials, space availability reports, and promotional campaigns for vacant units.

-Coordinate property listings on online platforms and broker networks

-Conduct property viewings and negotiate lease agreements to secure new tenants


職位要求

•Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration , Real Estate, or related field.

•Proven experience (3+ years) in real estate leasing property management, or administrative coordination.

•Familiarity with legal lease documents and real estate terminology.

•Customer service experience is an advantage.

•Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software

•Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
