What You'll Do

As a Corporate Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business development and originating accounts within the field of lending for corporate accounts. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include account packaging, conducting detailed credit analyses, presenting credit proposals to the loan committee, and coordinating with the International Banking Group. You will also manage overall account activities ensuring compliance with both head office policies and local regulations. Your role extends beyond just managing finances; you will also be expected to conduct plant visits, make client calls, update relevant documents in the credit files, liaise with various departments on loan-related matters, manage customer relationships, monitor problem loans for negotiation and repayment.

• Business development and account origination in the field of lending for corporate accounts
• Account packaging, credit analysis and presentation of credit proposal to loan committee
• Annual credit renewal of existing accounts
• Coordination with the International Banking Group for presentation of credit proposal in Head Office
• Overall account management ensuring all lending activities align with policies and local regulations
• Conducting plant visits and client calls
• Updating relevant documents in the credit files
• Liaising with Credit Administration and Operation Officers on loan documentation, document signing, appraisals, loan drawdown, LC opening, deposits, legal matters and other related matters
• Managing customer relationships
• Monitoring problem loans for negotiation and repayment
