- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Guide users through step-by-step solutions.
- Document issues and track resolutions in ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other teams to improve customer experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
Requirements
- 1-2 years Technical Support Representative Experience (SaaS)
- Knowledgeable in Software as a Service
- 1-year BPO experience (Call Handling)
- Willing to work in Davao City
