Job Summary:

• We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Waiter.
• The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our guests by ensuring their dining experience is pleasant and memorable. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Greet and seat guests in a friendly, polite, and welcoming manner.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver them in a timely fashion.
• Provide menu information and recommendations to customers based on their preferences.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in an efficient and professional manner, ensuring proper presentation.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and dietary restrictions to assist customers with their choices.
• Ensure a clean and organized dining area by regularly checking tables, refilling drinks, and removing empty plates.
• Assist with special requests or modifications to orders and ensure they are communicated to the kitchen staff.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately using the POS system.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or complaints in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation of the restaurant and exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Proven experience as a waiter or in a similar customer service role (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented setting.
• Friendly, professional, and positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations (preferred).
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry food and beverages for extended periods.
