- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, potential for remote work, may require flexible hours.
