Descrição:

Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the company’s products and services.
Handle complaints and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and positive experience.
Schedule and attend meetings with clients to discuss settlements, ensuring clear communication and proper documentation.
Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the system.
Follow up with clients as necessary to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service delivery and processes.
Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to client retention.

Requisito

Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience Level: 1-2 years in customer service or related field.
Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
