Descrição:
- Managing hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Implementing performance reviews, setting goals, and providing feedback.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and updating organizational policies.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive HR policies.
- Overseeing employee training and development programs.
- Maintaining secure and accurate employee records.
- Preparing job descriptions and managing the employment process.
- Orienting new employees and training existing employees.
- Monitoring employee performance.
- Ensuring employee satisfaction in their work environment.
- Overseeing employee health and safety.
- Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
Requisito
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and practices is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in human resources
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations
- Knowledge of payroll systems
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Preferably resident around Cabuyao/Calamba/Sta. Rosa or nearby places
