Descrição:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening.
  • Support employee onboarding and training initiatives.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Assist in performance management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Provide administrative support to HR department.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students seeking entry-level opportunities.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting processes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and computer literacy.
  • Working Conditions: Office setting, collaboration with diverse teams and departments.
