Descrição:

Identify factors that may negatively impact guest experience and execute plans to improve guest service within company.
Review guest count and sales projections.
Maintain stock levels and assist in receiving products by checking order accuracy, quality, and condition.
Inventory check from day-to-day operations.
Profitability and Sales Building: Implement new marketing plans and procedures within the company.
Security, Safety, and Sanitation: Ensure proper execution of security procedures (services safety and first aid) and cash handling policies.
Monitor food safety and sanitation procedures during shifts.
People's management and training can demonstrate leadership behaviors and basic people management skills to gain commitment from crew and leadership.
Develop and train crew members by sharing knowledge and experience.
Contribute to performance appraisals based on defined goals and objectives for the crew.

Requisito

with at least 6 months of experience in Food Services
At least Senior High School graduate or College graduate.
Fresh Grad is welcome to apply.
Computer literate: MS Word and Excel
Organizational and leadership skills
Motivated and Team player
