- Analyze sales trends and customer preferences.
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Manage inventory, promote products, interact with customers, and analyze sales data.
- Monitor inventory and identify opportunities for promotional displays.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends.
- Present findings and recommendations to management.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in merchandising or related fields.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer relationship management, excellent communication skills, and sales management capabilities.
- Working Conditions: Retail environment, may involve standing for long hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team.
