Descrição:
- Develop, update, and monitor project schedules using planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Prepare baseline programs, recovery schedules, and look-ahead plans in coordination with project teams.
- Supervise and guide junior planning engineers and schedulers.
- Analyze project progress and generate weekly/monthly progress reports and variance analysis.
- Monitor critical path activities and proactively highlight delays or potential risks.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for input into planning and forecasting.
- Review subcontractors’ schedules and integrate them into the master schedule.
- Participate in internal and external progress meetings; present schedule updates and forecasts.
- Support claims, extension of time (EOT), and other contractual submissions with proper documentation.
- Ensure adherence to project controls procedures and best practices.
Requisito
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
- 2–3 years of project planning experience
- Skilled in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
- Strong analytical, organizational & leadership abilities
- Solid grasp of construction methods & scheduling
- Experience in planning documentation & reporting
- PMP or similar certification? Even better!
